Oleg Deripaska appointed as President of En+ Group
Moscow, 8 July 2011 - En+ Group announces the appointment of Oleg Deripaska as President of En+ Group, a decision made by the Board of Directors of En+ Group. (Previously, Oleg Deripaska held the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of En+ Group). In his new role Oleg Deripaska is in charge of the development of the Company's strategy for long-term value creation as well as risk management and security of the Company' assets. Nathaniel Rothschild will stay as Chairman of the En+ Group`s Board (previously non-executive independent Co-Chairman). Artem Volynets stays on as Chief Executive Officer of En+ Group responsible for the operational management and implementation of strategies aimed to turn the group into a global leader in the mining, metallurgy, energy and strategy-related industries.
